Marketing Manager




  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and / or market research and / or project management
  • Monitoring and analyzing Analysts’ publications and competitors activities
  • Assisting with internal research requests with relevant Analysts’ publications and data
  • Maintaining various tracking and reporting documents on key performance metrics related to Analyst Relations
  •  Strong content development skills
  • Excellent organization, detail-oriented, program and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, meet tight deadlines, and communicate status on current projects
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office Suite products, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of the BPO industry is a plus



The role will include:

  • Facilitating timely completion of analyst briefings, studies, presentations and client references requests. This includes managing deadlines, raising awareness of analyst research schedules, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key industry analysts, increasing their awareness of the organization’s strategy, capabilities and differentiators
  • Maintaining a repository of Analyst reports and inquiry responses and consolidating all Analyst research to bring insights that will help shape the company’s strategy
  • Monitoring and analyzing Analysts’ publications and competitors activities
  • Assisting with internal research requests with relevant Analysts’ publications and data
  • Maintaining various tracking and reporting documents on key performance metrics related to Analyst Relations
  • Preparing company spokespeople for analyst briefings by hosting preparation calls, developing key messages, and creating supporting materials.
  • Looking for opportunities to implement best practices and technology to reduce time for studies and inquiries completion
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the organization’s marketing strategy, vision and competitive landscape.
  • Assisting with ranking and awards licensing and promotion, by working closely with the social media team, website team, public relations team and design team
  • Managing Analyst contracts and NDAs
